Another early start, lucky hotel close to station. A smooth hassle free trip, passing through stunning scenery.

Knud and David got off in Verona ready for their cycling adventure, Lyn & I continued on to Venice. Busy station, got ourselves organized with our 48 hour transport ticket then as it was 2pm thought a late lunch a good idea
found an outside cafe so sat ourselves down

yes it is, on with the rain coats as it appears the roof not really water proof
yes roof certainly leaking, cafe evacuated
cyclonic conditions erupted, gale force winds, we are actually inside and the wind amazing
Would we ever make it to the water ferry?
